Of course it was her idea, if you say so. My 6 year old decided she wants to do all the vacuuming last week and gets v cross when it’s done before she gets home from school!! Strangely, her brother doesn’t have the same fascination with being helpful – I might have to beat it into him ;o)
GREAT JOB! Those years must be nice when cleaning & learning are fun new experiences. My sister teaches 1st grade and she tells me how excited they are when she gives them homework. So funny! 🙂

I think that this picture just proves what a great momma you are! She likes to keep her kitchen in order and her life tidy. I like that. I used to be that way, then I had kids and had to give up my dreams of perpetual order and tidiness. Now, I’m happy if I can find something in a pile and the dog has licked the spilled Cheerios off of the kitchen floor. 🙂
“just for you know” = too cute:)
You have wonderful, adorable children! I discovered your blog about a month ago and thoroughly enjoy reading your latest installments!
love the spirit!
well now…that’s a pretty sweet deal! how’d you happen upon THAT one?
Oh, yeah. Way to clean, little girl!
My number three is my cleaner!
LOLMy girls spontaneously washed dishes last week while I was doing homework.
They surprise us in the best ways sometimes 🙂
Oh, I love it when that happens. Too bad it doesn’t happen more often at our house.
Quick, send her my way!
Give that girl a cookie!
So do you think she wants to call my kids?
fabulous!!!
Aw. :0)

What’s more to love than self initiation, especially if it brings reading time for a mama.

I like that division of labor! And the cute little bare feet while mopping the kitchen floor.
