This pretty much sums up how I’m feeling today. Although at moments, it would probably be better if the picture were of me pulling out my hair.  But I’m off to shower, clean the sand out of my cleavage and toes, have a tall glass of ice water, read a few blogs, do a load of laundry, and hope that by the time my children wake up from afternoon naps, I’ll be a new person…
